What is AudioRelay?
AudioRelay connects a Windows PC and an Android phone for audio streaming. Send computer sound to the phone to use it as a speaker or listen through attached headphones. In the other direction, send the phone’s microphone to Windows and select AudioRelay’s virtual microphone in a calling or recording app.
Install AudioRelay on both devices. The Windows Server tab lets you choose the audio device to transmit; the Player tab receives audio. The publisher offers Wi-Fi and USB connections. This entry links to the Windows 0.27.5 EXE, not the separate 1.0 alpha releases.
The free setup has limits: sending audio to multiple Android devices requires a premium purchase on one Android device. Wireless streaming also depends on the network, and the publisher documents possible background-performance problems caused by phone battery management. USB is an alternative connection, not a guarantee of zero latency.
