What is Caesium?
Caesium Image Compressor reduces picture file sizes for storing, sending or publishing images. Its desktop interface handles multiple images together and provides a real-time preview, so you can compare the result while choosing compression settings. Optional resizing reduces image dimensions as well as file size.
Metadata controls and folder-structure support help when processing a collection rather than a single picture. The download here is the publisher-linked Windows installer for version 2.8.5; a portable ZIP is offered separately by the publisher.
This release requires 64-bit Windows 10 build 1809 or later. It is not the package for Windows 7, Windows 8 or a 32-bit system. The publisher directs Windows 7 and 8 users to the older 1.x line.
