What is Jaikoz?
Jaikoz is a music metadata editor for correcting titles, artists, albums and other tags across a collection. Its spreadsheet-style editor lets you work across rows and columns, while a detail panel handles individual tracks. Automatic matching combines existing metadata with AcoustID audio fingerprints and MusicBrainz or Discogs release information; manual matching lets you choose among potential results.
It supports FLAC, AIFF, WAV, DSF, MP4 audio, M4A, Ogg Vorbis, MP3 and WMA files. You can compare loaded metadata with pending edits in separate panes or export metadata to a spreadsheet and import your changes.
The linked DMG is the publisher's Mac M1/M2/M3/M4 package, not its separate Intel download. The trial lasts 30 days, saves changes to at most 20 files per use and excludes Premium-only features. Continued use after the trial requires a purchased license.
The publisher-supplied screenshot illustrates Jaikoz 11.9 on Windows, not the current Mac release. It shows the tag tables, column browser and detail panel; Mac window controls and application menus differ.
