What is Krita?
Krita brings digital painting tools to large-screen Android devices. Use its brush engines for sketching and painting, stabilizers for freehand inking, and layers and masks to build up an illustration without flattening every change into the canvas. Its canvas-only mode hides interface panels when you want more space for the artwork. Animation tools include onion skinning and storyboarding.
The Android interface is designed for tablets and Chromebooks, not phones. The publisher's Google Play listing calls this a beta release and says it is not yet suitable for real work, so do not treat it as a production-ready mobile replacement. This entry links to the publisher's 5.3.4.1 ARM64 APK; separate ARMv7 and x86_64 packages are listed in the official download directory. Choose a package that matches your device rather than assuming one APK fits every Android system.
