What is NeeView?
NeeView turns folders and compressed files into a book-style image collection. It can display facing pages, making it useful for reading scanned comics or browsing pictures side by side. ZIP, RAR, 7z, CBR and CBZ support lets you browse common archive formats without treating each picture as a separate document. It also supports PDF files and video playback.
Touch controls, mouse gestures and configurable keys give you several ways to navigate. Drag to move, rotate or scale an image, use the loupe for a closer look, or switch to full-screen viewing and a slideshow.
This download is the framework-dependent ZIP package for version 46.3, not the MSI installer or Microsoft Store edition. Extract the archive to use the portable application; the matching .NET 10 Desktop Runtime for Windows x64 must be installed separately. The publisher lists Windows 10 64-bit or higher, but Microsoft's current .NET support table limits Windows 10 support to specified LTSC/Enterprise editions. Check that distinction before choosing this package for an older Windows installation.
