What is Sokoban++?
Sokoban++ is a single-player box-pushing puzzle game for Windows. Move the boxes into the destination area, working through the 50 original Sokoban levels or opening additional level sets. Mouse control, including drag-and-drop pushing, provides an alternative way to move around the board. Unlimited undo and redo let you reconsider a sequence of moves.
The game can save and restore positions, record and replay solutions, and organize saved games in a hierarchy. Its editor lets you create levels, while skin support changes the appearance of the board. It reads several level-set formats, including XSB, RDF, G4B and XML, and converts level sets to XSB, G4B, SOK and SLC.
This entry links to the publisher’s English Windows 1.6.5 EXE. Softonic still lists 1.6.2.0 and Windows 2003; those listing details do not establish support for current Windows releases. Windows 10 and 11 compatibility has not been tested here. Automatic solving requires a separate supported solver, and translation packs are additional downloads rather than part of the English game.
