What is StereoPhoto Maker?
StereoPhoto Maker edits and displays the left and right images that make up a stereo photograph. It can automatically align batches of photo pairs, correct their relative positioning and prepare them for different viewing methods. Manual cropping, rotation and color adjustments provide control over pairs that need further correction.
Viewing options include side-by-side freeviewing and color or grayscale anaglyphs. You can also convert MPO files, extract their left and right images, and print or save stereo cards. The linked Windows ZIP is the publisher's 64-bit StereoPhoto Maker Pro 6.41 package; a separate 32-bit build is available on the publisher page.
Some functions have extra requirements: reading Apple's spatial HEIC photos requires the supplied DLL to be placed beside the program. The publisher's page retains an old Windows compatibility list, so it does not establish support for a specific current Windows release. The screenshot is a historical publisher illustration of the main window, not a capture of version 6.41 running here.
What it offers
- Automatically align batches of stereo image pairs and position them at the stereo window.
- Crop, resize and rotate images, with manual alignment and color-adjustment controls.
- View stereo pairs side by side or as color and grayscale anaglyphs.
- Convert MPO files to other formats or extract their separate left and right images.
- Print or save stereo cards with custom or classical framing.
Good to know
- Reading Apple's spatial HEIC photos requires the supplied DLL in the same folder as StereoPhoto Maker.
- The publisher's legacy Windows compatibility list does not establish support for a specific current Windows release.
