What is Chicken Invaders?
Chicken Invaders puts a spacecraft between Earth and an invading flock of intergalactic chickens. Clear increasingly difficult waves, collect weapon power-ups and face bosses while trying to improve your high score. You can play alone or with a second player. The main weapon has eight power levels, with missiles available as an additional attack.
This entry covers the first Chicken Invaders game, not Chicken Invaders 4 or another sequel. InterAction studios offers a free full-game Windows installer and separately sells a newer episodic version.
