What is SuperTux?
SuperTux is a side-scrolling platform game about Tux's journey to rescue Penny from Nolok. Jump on enemies, throw objects and collect power-ups as you cross its worlds. Story Mode provides the main adventure; community levels and the integrated level editor offer ways to explore or create other courses. Version 0.7.0 adds local multiplayer and movement abilities including crawling, slope sliding and rock rolling.
Keyboard and joystick/gamepad controls can be changed in the options menu. The download here is the macOS ARM64 disk image for Apple silicon, not the separate Intel build. The project's release README warns that the Mac application is unsigned and Gatekeeper may prevent it from opening normally. Older story saves are not directly compatible with the reworked Story Mode; the publisher recommends a fresh save.
