What is Xonotic?
Xonotic is an arena first-person shooter built around fast movement, weapon choice and short, action-focused matches. Play modes such as Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Clan Arena and Freeze Tag, or work through its campaign. Weapons offer primary and secondary fire, while the HUD editor lets you arrange the information shown during play. Optional XonStat tracking records match statistics without requiring a login.
The linked publisher ZIP is the standalone 0.8.6 package, not a Windows installer. Extract it and run the game; the same archive also includes other supported platforms.
