What is Zandronum?
Zandronum is a multiplayer-focused Doom-engine source port for joining community servers or hosting games with friends. It supports cooperative campaigns, competitive matches and custom maps, weapons and game modes. Built-in options include Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Duel, Capture the Flag, Survival and Invasion, with support for up to 64 players.
The engine offers OpenGL and software rendering, custom key bindings, freelooking and jumping. Doomseeker, the server browser bundled with the Windows installer, helps you find online games. Alongside Doom, the publisher lists support for Heretic, Hexen and Strife.
