What is AppServ?
AppServ bundles a web server, PHP runtime, MySQL database server and phpMyAdmin into one Windows setup process. It is intended to reduce the separate configuration work involved in preparing a PHP and MySQL development environment. The publisher documents component selection, Apache server details and MySQL root-password configuration in its installation guide.
The publisher lists AppServ 9.3.0, released on September 29, 2019, with Apache 2.4.41, PHP 7.3.10, MySQL 8.0.17 and phpMyAdmin 4.9.1. This download is the x64 EXE package.
