What is Chatterino?
Chatterino brings Twitch chat into a separate desktop application. Open multiple channels side by side in one tab, highlight messages that match your criteria and gather mentions in a dedicated panel. It suits viewers who follow several communities and moderators who need a configurable view of chat. Light and dark themes and support for Twitch, BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ and 7TV emotes help keep familiar chat tools together.
Channel logging can save messages to text files, with options for timestamps and selected channels. The publisher's documentation screenshot illustrates these logging settings in the cross-platform application; it is not a Windows-specific or version-2.5.6 capture.
Chatterino does not accumulate Twitch channel points, according to its help documentation. Link previews are disabled by default for privacy reasons, so preview information is an optional feature rather than something enabled immediately. The linked download is the publisher's version 2.5.6 Windows 64-bit EXE installer; the Softonic discovery page still lists 2.5.5.
