What is CSVed?
CSVed is a Windows editor for working directly with delimited text tables. It lets you change the separator, edit records and reorganize columns without treating the file as a full spreadsheet. Search and replace, filtering and duplicate removal help prepare a table for another application. You can save selected rows and columns, append or merge files, and split or join columns.
The linked publisher installer is CSVed 2.5.7, which the official page dates to June 2023. The publisher also offers a separate ZIP without an installer. Export options include HTML, Excel, Word and XML; these are export targets, not a claim that CSVed provides spreadsheet calculation or database-server functions.
Do not confuse this standard release with CSVed 3.0.0 RC4. The publisher describes that separate development build as Unicode compatible but says it does not include every standard-version feature. Full Unicode support is not established for 2.5.7 by the cited source. The screenshot shows the older CSVed 1.4.2 interface, not the selected installer’s version.
