Find duplicate files, empty folders and similar media with Czkawka, a free Windows file-cleanup utility. This is the discontinued GTK interface, whose final release is 12.0.

What is Czkawka?
Czkawka helps locate redundant files before you decide what to remove. Its GTK interface groups tools for duplicate files, empty directories, large files and similar images in one window. Duplicate searches can compare file names, sizes or hashes; separate modes look for similar music and videos rather than only identical file copies.
This download is the publisher’s Windows x64 ZIP for Czkawka GTK 12.0. Extract the package and use czkawka_gui.exe for the GTK interface. The archive also includes the separate Krokiet frontend to help users migrate; Krokiet is not a renamed Czkawka release.
The publisher has ended Czkawka GTK binary releases and recommends Krokiet for ongoing development. Windows prebuilt Czkawka binaries have format limitations, and FFmpeg is not bundled. The screenshot is an older publisher example of Czkawka 6.1.0 on Linux, not a capture of this Windows package.

Good to know
- Czkawka GTK 12.0 is the final released GTK version; the publisher will not provide new GTK binaries and recommends the separate Krokiet frontend.
- Publisher Windows prebuilt binaries do not support HEIF or WebP files; the unofficial MSYS2 build has different format support.
- FFmpeg is not included in the Windows ZIP and must be supplied separately for features that require it.
- Text can appear very small on high-resolution Windows displays.
