What is Express Invoice?
Express Invoice is NCH Software's desktop invoicing application for small businesses and freelancers. It brings invoice creation, customer records and payment tracking into one Windows program. You can customize invoice templates with your logo, save or send invoices as PDF files, and print, email or fax billing documents. Invoice and quote creation also works offline.
For repeat customers, scheduled invoices and overdue statements reduce repeated data entry. Reports cover unpaid invoices, customer sales, tax and account aging, while reusable item lists keep product or service pricing available when preparing the next invoice.
The Professional listing is a trial, not an unrestricted free business license. NCH separately offers a non-expiring free version for home users or businesses with one user, with most rather than all Professional features. Existing customers may also need to buy an upgrade if their purchase is more than six months old. The download below is NCH's Windows EXE; its internal version and CPU architecture were not inspected.
