What is Foxit PDF Reader?
Foxit PDF Reader is a free Windows application for reading PDFs and responding to documents without moving to a full PDF editor. Use it to print a file, highlight passages, add sticky notes or attach a file as a comment. Standard PDF forms and XFA forms are supported, so a fillable document can remain part of an existing PDF workflow.
For document reviews, Reader offers shared reviews and comment management. It can add and verify digital signatures, while cloud-storage integrations provide another route to documents. Organizations can configure Windows deployments through Group Policy, XML configuration and Foxit's customization tools.
Reader is not the same product as Foxit PDF Editor, which the publisher promotes separately for PDF creation and editing. Foxit eSign service workflows also require an additional purchase; the free Reader label does not mean every connected signing service is included. The linked download is the publisher's Windows x64 EXE installer, not an MSI enterprise package.
