What is Inventoria?

Inventoria organizes stock records for businesses that need to know what they hold, where it is stored and when to reorder. You can group items by category, keep supplier and customer records, and view inventory by location instead of treating all stock as one pool. Purchase orders can be emailed to vendors, while receiving an order updates item quantities. Low-stock warnings help identify items that need replenishment.

Existing inventory can be imported from a CSV file. Barcode scanning provides another way to add items, and item descriptions can include notes, URLs and photos. Reports cover stock levels, costs and averages, with product history showing when items were received or sold. Transfers between locations support businesses that keep stock in more than one place.

This is a trial download, not a claim of unrestricted free business use. NCH offers paid licenses; its purchasing guidance says registration activates the trial and that license classes can have different restrictions. The reviewed sources do not establish an exact trial duration or the entitlements of each Inventoria edition. Check the publisher's terms before relying on it for ongoing operations.

The publisher lists Windows 7 through 11. Its version log lists 11.06 as the most recent Windows entry, separately from newer macOS entries. The screenshot supplied by NCH is an older Windows interface labeled version 3.00, so it illustrates the inventory layout rather than proving the appearance of version 11.06. The linked EXE received a successful no-body HEAD check; the software was not installed or tested.
