Keep your Mac awake by simulating mouse movement, with idle detection and application-based triggers in a free menu-bar utility.
What is Jiggler?
Jiggler keeps a Mac awake by periodically moving the mouse pointer, avoiding repeated changes to sleep and screensaver settings during a long task. Run it when needed and quit it when the task is over. You can restrict jiggling to periods of inactivity or configure it to depend on CPU activity, a particular running application, or iTunes playback.
The publisher lists version 1.10 and describes a Zen jiggle compatibility update for macOS 26 Tahoe. That is not a guarantee for every Tahoe update: an open report in the original project describes version 1.10 failing to prevent sleep on macOS 26.5. Ordinary jiggling also moves the pointer, so idle-only operation is useful when you do not want it interfering with active mouse use. The linked publisher package is a DMG; it has been checked with HEAD only, not installed or functionally tested.
