What is MaxBulk Mailer?
MaxBulk Mailer is a desktop bulk-email and mail-merge application for sending newsletters, press releases and price lists to a contact list. On macOS, it lets you compose plain text, styled text or HTML messages, add attachments and personalize messages with merge tags rather than editing each recipient's copy manually.
Its list tools import and export addresses and check for duplicates. A preview lets you check message appearance before sending, while account settings and a connection log help manage delivery through your mail accounts.
This is an outgoing campaign tool, not a replacement for an everyday email inbox such as Apple Mail or Outlook. The publisher offers it as commercial, try-before-buy software, not freeware. The linked download is the publisher's macOS DMG; Windows uses a separate package. The screenshot shows a publisher-era Mac interface distributed in Softonic's gallery, not a verified capture of version 8.9.0.
What it offers
- Compose plain text, styled text and HTML messages with attachments.
- Personalize outgoing email with mail-merge tags.
- Import and export address lists and check for duplicate entries.
- Preview a message before sending and use multiple mail accounts.
- Inspect SMTP/POP connection logs and schedule delayed delivery.
Good to know
- Commercial try-before-buy software; continued licensed use requires purchase.
- Designed for bulk outgoing messages, not for reading and managing an everyday email inbox.
