What is Move Mouse?
Move Mouse simulates user activity on Windows. It was originally designed to help prevent a session from locking or going to sleep, but its configurable action list also supports clicks, cursor positioning, scrolling and PowerShell scripts. You can keep a simple repeating mouse movement or combine actions for a more specific routine.
The Behaviour settings control the interval between actions, including a random range. Optional controls pause the routine when you use the mouse or keyboard and resume it after a chosen period of inactivity. Schedules start or stop the routine at set times, while blackout windows suspend it during selected periods.
This download is the publisher's GitHub ZIP for version 4.21.0, rather than the Microsoft Store edition. The installation guide describes extracting the archive and running Move Mouse.exe without compiling the source. The portable edition requires manual updates. Take particular care with the Wait option for external commands or scripts: the publisher warns that long-running or unstable processes can make Move Mouse hang or freeze.
