What is NativeRest?
NativeRest is a desktop REST API client for composing HTTP requests and inspecting responses. Request folders, environment variables and response checks help developers keep related API work together. It supports importing collections, environments and variables from Postman and Insomnia, plus generating request code snippets in languages such as Python, C# and JavaScript.
Local workspaces store collections, environments and requests on your computer; cloud workspaces are optional. You can work with local data without an internet connection, although contacting a remote API still requires access to that server. Light and dark themes are available.
The linked download is the Windows 64-bit EXE installer for version 3.4.1. The publisher also offers a separate portable executable. NativeRest is commercial software: the Personal plan has a 7-day trial, and the publisher says workspaces and requests become read-only when the trial ends unless you purchase a license.
