What is Notezilla?
Notezilla puts reminders, short notes and task lists on the Windows desktop. Keep a note above other windows while you work, or attach it to a document, website, program or folder so it appears with the relevant window. Checklists, pictures, tags and adjustable colors help separate different kinds of notes.
When the desktop becomes crowded, move notes into memoboard folders and manage them through the Notes Browser. Optional cloud sync lets you access notes across computers and the publisher’s phone apps.
The Windows application is not freeware: the publisher offers a 30-day trial followed by paid licensing. The one-time purchase includes cross-device sync for one year, not indefinitely; an active subscription is the alternative for continued sync. Publisher release notes list 9.0.43, dated August 28, 2026. The screenshots illustrate desktop notes and a source-gallery tray menu, rather than proving the exact interface of that release.
