What is Pelles C?
Pelles C brings a C compiler and a Windows development environment into one kit. Its IDE combines source editing, project management, a debugger and a profiler. Resource editors let you work on dialogs, menus, icons and other Windows resources alongside your code, while the kit also includes an assembler, linker, resource compiler and make utility.
The publisher lists support for C99, C11, C17 and C23. This entry links to the publisher's standard setup.exe package for an x64 Windows host; the download table labels this package X86, separately from the ARM64 setupa.exe installer. The x64-hosted tools target 32-bit or 64-bit Windows applications.
Choose it for desktop Windows C development rather than assuming it is a cross-platform toolchain. OpenMP support is limited to version 3.1. The screenshot from YoungCoder.ru illustrates the source editor and project tree; its exact Pelles C release is not identified and it is not proof of the 14.50 interface.
