What is Qalculate!?
Qalculate! combines everyday calculations with tools for scientific and symbolic work. Enter expressions with units, convert quantities, use physical constants or work with equations and integrals. Its customizable functions, arbitrary precision, uncertainty propagation and interval arithmetic support calculations that go beyond a basic keypad.
The Windows package includes both Qt and GTK graphical interfaces, the command-line interface and their dependencies. This download is the 64-bit MSI installer for Windows 10 version 1809 or later; the publisher also offers a separate portable ZIP.
Expression parsing deserves attention: implicit multiplication can be interpreted differently depending on the selected parsing mode and spacing. Use explicit operators and parentheses when the intended grouping matters, and check the interpreted expression in the history.
