Round-Robin Mailer for Windows
Distribute incoming email leads among sales staff in rotation with Round-Robin Mailer for Windows, using staff schedules, availability and weighted allocations.
What is Round-Robin Mailer?
Round-Robin Mailer forwards incoming email leads to members of a sales team in rotation. It reads a mailbox through POP3 or IMAP4 and sends the forwarded messages through SMTP. The Staff tab defines the recipients, while schedules, availability settings and percentage allocations control who receives the next lead.
Rules can route particular messages to a person or a subset of staff. Permanent Relationships can keep messages from the same sender with the staff member originally assigned. Forwarding statistics, email archives and an operation log help an administrator inspect how leads are distributed.
The application runs on a Windows desktop or as a background service. It only processes leads while its host machine is on, so continuous operation requires an always-on computer. The publisher offers a fully functional 30-day trial; continued use requires a purchased license.
