What is TOWeb?
TOWeb is a desktop website builder for creating a business site, portfolio or online store without writing code. Edit text directly on the page, add blocks such as galleries and forms, and change the site’s overall style without replacing its content. Projects stay on your computer, so you can create, edit and preview pages offline before publishing through FTP or SFTP to a web host you choose.
The free Standard edition lets you create five sites but publish only one, with a 50 MB limit per site and a TOWeb credit on its pages. Its store and bookings are demo-only. Premium adds multilingual publishing and working online bookings; e-Commerce adds a working store with product variants, stock, payments and shipping. Studio adds unlimited sites and full access to an external AI assistant through MCP. Paid editions are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions; hosting is separate.
This download is the publisher’s Windows EXE installer for TOWeb 15. Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, is required. The illustrative editor screenshot is supplied by Lauyan Software and shows the Mac interface in French, not a capture of the Windows build.
