What is Wabbitemu?
Wabbitemu brings supported Texas Instruments graphing calculators to a Windows desktop. It emulates models including the TI-73, TI-81, TI-82, TI-83 and TI-83 Plus, TI-84 Plus, TI-85 and TI-86, with Silver Edition support for the TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus. It suits working with a familiar calculator interface or inspecting programs written for supported Z80-based models.
The emulator includes a graphical debugger with breakpoints, register and memory inspection, and execution stepping. Multiple calculator instances and virtual linking help with calculator-program development; screenshot capture is also available.
A compatible calculator ROM image is required. The setup wizard helps with ROM creation, but you must use an image you are legally entitled to use. Wabbitemu is not an emulator for every TI calculator: the TI-89 and TI-Nspire families are outside its supported Z80 range.

The publisher lists Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10 for that download; Windows 11 compatibility has not been established here.
