What is WinAudit?
WinAudit collects information about a Windows computer into an audit report. Its inventory covers installed software, license information, processor and memory details, peripherals, network settings and startup programs. Use it when you need a record of a machine’s configuration rather than a collection of separate settings screens.
Reports can be read inside the application or exported for sharing and record keeping. The publisher lists CSV, RTF and HTML output, email, database export and command-line operation. SnapFiles also documents ODBC connections for exporting audit data to an existing database. No setup is required.
The linked ZIP is the third-party SnapFiles distribution labeled 3.4.3, not the publisher’s newer 3.4.6. The publisher’s HTTPS package check failed because its certificate had expired, so that package is not linked here. The screenshot is a historical WinAudit v1.2.2 interface and exported HTML report, not a preview of version 3.4.3. Windows compatibility is based on catalog listings, not an installation or execution check.
