What is SurfOffline?
SurfOffline downloads web pages and their linked files to a local project so you can read them without revisiting the original site. Its setup wizard collects a starting address, project name, download depth and file types. The built-in browser displays saved pages, while file-type, size and URL filters help restrict what a project collects.
The publisher also documents an Export Wizard for saving downloaded content to a folder, CHM or MHT archive. This entry links to the Professional edition installer; Standard is a separate edition of the same product. SurfOffline is commercial shareware with a 30-day trial, not an unrestricted free application.
The publisher's download catalog dates version 2.2.0 to September 2015. Its compatibility list ends at Windows 10, and its feature descriptions include legacy technologies such as Flash and JavaScript parsing. Windows 11 compatibility and faithful capture of modern interactive sites are not established by these sources. Treat the historical screenshot as an illustration of the workflow, not proof of the current interface or site compatibility.

- Read saved pages in the built-in browser.
- Use the documented Export Wizard to save downloaded content to a folder, CHM or MHT format.

Good to know
- Commercial shareware with a 30-day trial; the trial is not an unrestricted free license.
- Version 2.2.0 is dated September 4, 2015. The publisher lists Windows XP through Windows 10, but does not establish Windows 11 support.
- Publisher claims of JavaScript parsing and legacy Flash support do not establish faithful capture of modern interactive websites.
